  • The 24-hour window is calculated from the exact timestamp of your payment confirmation
  • This refund is applicable regardless of whether your batch has started or not
  • 50% of the total fee paid will be refunded β€” not 50% of any discounted or promotional amount

  • If you request cancellation after 24 hours but before 72 hours of payment, you are eligible for a 25% refund
  • This window applies only if your first class has NOT yet been conducted
  • If your first class has been conducted within 72 hours, no refund will be applicable

🚫 No Refund β€” After 72 Hours or After First Class:

  • No refund is applicable after 72 hours from the time of payment under any circumstances
  • If your first training session has been conducted, no refund will be processed regardless of the time elapsed
  • This applies even if you have not attended the session β€” the session being conducted marks the start of training
  • Voluntary dropout, change of mind, personal reasons, or schedule conflicts after 72 hours are not grounds for refund

  • If Zytexa Technology cancels a batch before it begins for any reason, all enrolled students will receive a full 100% refund
  • Refund will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method
  • Alternatively, students may choose to transfer their enrollment to the next available batch at no extra cost

Non-Refundable Situations

In addition to the time-based conditions above, refunds will not be granted in the following situations under any circumstances:

  • Student dropout or disengagement after the first training session has been conducted
  • Enrollment cancellation due to violation of our Student Code of Conduct or Terms & Conditions
  • Failure to attend sessions due to personal schedule conflicts, exams, travel, or other personal reasons

  • Technical issues on the student's end (internet failure, device problems, power outage)
  • Requests made after the specified refund window has closed
  • Students who have received their internship certificate or any part of placement support
  • Partial use of course material, recorded sessions, or any training resources already provided

Refund Processing & Timeline

Once your refund request is approved, the following timeline applies:

Batch Transfer β€” An Alternative to Refund

If you are unable to continue with your current batch due to a genuine scheduling conflict or personal emergency, you may request a one-time batch transfer instead of a refund. This allows you to shift your enrollment to the next available batch for the same course.

  • Batch transfer requests must be submitted before 50% of the batch sessions have been completed
  • Each student is eligible for a maximum of one batch transfer per enrollment
  • Batch transfer is subject to seat availability in the next batch
  • No additional fee is charged for a batch transfer if approved
