Zytexa Internship Opportunity

The Zytexa Internship Opportunity is an exclusive, performance-based paid internship offered to selected students who enroll in our Master Plan training program. It is not an automatic benefit — it is earned through dedication, consistency, and exceptional performance during training.

Upon completing the Master Plan, top-performing students are evaluated and may be offered a paid internship position at Zytexa Technology LLP. Selected interns work directly alongside our in-house team on real client projects — gaining the kind of hands-on experience that no classroom can replicate.

The internship opportunity is exclusively reserved for Master Plan students because this plan is specifically designed to build the depth of knowledge and professional skills required to contribute meaningfully to live client work.

Students on the Foundation or Advanced Plan build strong foundational skills and receive certificates, but the depth of the Master Plan — with 3 months of training, live projects, and 1:1 mentorship — is what prepares a student for real workplace contribution.

The internship is 100% performance-based. At the end of your Master Plan training, our mentors evaluate you on the following parameters to determine your eligibility and your internship stipend level:

There is no fixed stipend for all interns. At Zytexa, we believe that better performance deserves better pay. Your evaluation score directly determines the stipend you are offered. This motivates every student to give their best throughout the training.

The exact stipend amount for each tier is communicated personally to selected students at the time of the internship offer. Stipend is reviewed and may increase based on performance during the internship period itself.

As a Zytexa intern, you are not a spectator — you are a contributing team member. Your work will directly impact real clients and real deliverables. Here's what you can expect based on your domain:

• Web / Frontend Development: Build and maintain client websites, develop UI components, fix bugs, and support live deployments
• Digital Marketing: Manage client social media accounts, run ad campaigns, create content calendars, and report on performance metrics
• Graphic Designing: Design social media creatives, banners, presentations, and brand materials for Zytexa and its clients
• Data Analyst: Work on real data sets, build dashboards, prepare reports, and support data-driven decisions
• AI & Machine Learning: Assist in building and testing ML models, data preprocessing, and research for ongoing AI projects
• Business Development: Support lead generation, client outreach, proposal writing, and market research
• Video Editing: Edit training videos, client reels, social media content, and internal marketing material
• CRM / Salesforce / Odoo: Assist in CRM configuration, data migration, workflow setup, and client support tasks

• The internship opportunity is available exclusively to Master Plan students — Foundation and Advanced Plan students are not eligible
• The internship is not guaranteed — it is offered only to students who meet the performance threshold of 75% or above
• Final selection and stipend determination is at the sole discretion of Zytexa Technology LLP management
• The number of internship seats is limited per batch — even qualifying students may be waitlisted if seats are full
• Interns are required to sign a standard Internship Agreement before joining, covering confidentiality, work scope, and duration
• The internship may be conducted in online, offline (Jaipur), or hybrid mode based on the role and mutual convenience
• Internship duration, role, and stipend are communicated at the time of the offer and are specific to each student
• Zytexa Technology reserves the right to terminate an internship at any point for disciplinary reasons or performance concerns
• This opportunity does not constitute an employment offer — it is a structured internship program
