By accessing or using the website training.zytexa.online, submitting a registration form, making a payment, or attending any training session conducted by Training with Zytexa (under Zytexa Technology LLP), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or enroll in any of our programs. These terms apply to all visitors, registered students, and users of our platform.

Training with Zytexa is a registered MSME unit (Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-RJ-17-0638503) operating under Zytexa Technology LLP — a legally registered Limited Liability Partnership based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

• Training with Zytexa is the dedicated education & training division, offering professional skill development programs
• Zytexa Technology LLP is our parent IT company, providing real client projects, mentorship, and internship opportunities
• We operate an Internship cum Training platform in technology, digital marketing, design, and business domains
• All certificates issued carry credentials from Training with Zytexa, with the official backing of Zytexa Technology LLP
• Our training programs are designed for college students, fresh graduates, and working professionals
• We operate both online and offline (Jaipur center) training modes

Enrollment in any Training with Zytexa program is subject to the following conditions:

• You must be at least 16 years of age to register for any program
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and truthful
• Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a confirmation message from the Training with Zytexa team
• Training with Zytexa reserves the right to reject any registration without providing a reason
• Batch seats are limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon payment
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the required equipment (laptop/PC, stable internet connection) to attend online/hybrid sessions
• Providing false information during registration may result in immediate cancellation of enrollment without refund

Training with Zytexa is committed to delivering high-quality, industry-relevant training. However, please note the following:

• Course curriculum, batch timings, and mentors are subject to change without prior notice, in the interest of maintaining quality and relevance
• Recorded sessions are provided for revision purposes only and must not be downloaded, shared, or redistributed
• Access to recorded lectures is provided for the duration specified in your enrolled plan
• Live sessions are conducted via online conferencing tools — any technical issues on the student's end (internet, device, power) are not the responsibility of Training with Zytexa
• Training with Zytexa may cancel or reschedule sessions due to technical issues, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances — makeup sessions will be arranged
• All course material, study resources, and project content shared during training are the intellectual property of Zytexa Technology LLP and must not be reproduced or shared without permission

All fees are displayed on our website at the time of registration. The following payment terms apply:

• All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Training with Zytexa is currently operating under the GST exemption threshold for service providers (annual turnover under ₹20 lakh) — hence GST is not separately charged on our fees. Should this status change, we will notify all enrolled students in advance
• Full payment is required to confirm your enrollment and secure your batch seat
• Payments are accepted via UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and Bank Transfer
• Training with Zytexa does not store any card or banking credentials — all transactions are handled by secure third-party payment gateways
• Fees are non-transferable — your enrollment cannot be transferred to another person
• Training with Zytexa reserves the right to revise pricing for future batches at any time
• Promotional discounts or offers are valid only for the specified period and cannot be combined with other offers

We maintain a transparent and fair refund policy. The following terms apply to all cancellation requests:

• Within 24 hours of payment: Eligible for a 50% refund of the total fee paid
• Within 72 hours of payment: Eligible for a 25% refund of the total fee paid
• After 72 hours or after the first class: No refund will be applicable, whichever comes first
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to training@zytexa.online
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method
• No refund is applicable in cases of student misconduct, violation of these Terms, or voluntary dropout after the first session

An Internship cum Training Certificate is issued by Training with Zytexa (under Zytexa Technology LLP) upon successful completion of the program. The following conditions apply:

• The certificate will be issued only after completion of the full training duration and successful submission of the assigned project
• A minimum attendance of 75% of all live sessions is required to be eligible for certification
• The certificate is issued in digital format within 3 working days of program completion
• Physical printed certificates are available on request (additional courier charges may apply)
• Each certificate contains a unique QR code for online verification by colleges, employers, or any third party
• Certificates are issued in your name as provided during registration — ensure your name is correctly spelled at the time of enrollment
• Training with Zytexa and Zytexa Technology LLP do not guarantee acceptance of the certificate by any specific institution or employer — verification and acceptance is at the discretion of the receiving party

Training with Zytexa provides placement assistance as part of eligible training plans. The following terms apply:

• Placement support includes resume building, LinkedIn optimization, mock interviews, and referrals to Zytexa Technology LLP's hiring partner network
• Placement is not guaranteed. Our support maximizes your chances, but final hiring decisions rest solely with the employer
• To be eligible for placement support, students must have completed the full training, submitted their project, and received their certificate
• Training with Zytexa and Zytexa Technology LLP are not responsible for the terms, salary, or conditions of any job offer received through our placement network
• Placement support is provided for a period of 6 months from the date of course completion
• The 95% placement rate quoted on our website reflects historical outcomes and is not a guarantee of future results

All enrolled students are expected to maintain a respectful and professional environment during training. The following conduct rules apply:

• Treat mentors, staff, and fellow students with respect at all times — in sessions, WhatsApp groups, and all Training with Zytexa platforms
• Do not record, screenshot, or share live session content without explicit written permission from Training with Zytexa
• Do not share login credentials, session links, or course material with non-enrolled individuals
• Academic dishonesty, plagiarism in project submissions, or misrepresentation of work will result in immediate disqualification
• Any form of harassment, bullying, or abusive behavior towards mentors or other students will result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund
• Students are expected to complete assigned tasks, projects, and assessments within the given deadlines

All content on the Training with Zytexa website and training platform — including but not limited to course curriculum, recorded lectures, study material, project templates, graphics, logos, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of Zytexa Technology LLP, licensed for use to Training with Zytexa.

• The "Zytexa", "Training with Zytexa", and "Zytexa Technology LLP" names, logos, and branding are protected trademarks and may not be used without explicit written consent
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any content from our platform without prior written permission
• Course material is licensed for personal, non-commercial use by enrolled students only
• Projects completed during training remain the joint property of the student and Zytexa Technology LLP — Zytexa reserves the right to use anonymized project work for portfolio/showcase purposes
• Unauthorized use of our content may result in legal action under applicable Indian intellectual property laws

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Training with Zytexa and its parent company Zytexa Technology LLP shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services
• Technical failures, internet outages, or platform downtime beyond our reasonable control
• Loss of data due to unforeseen circumstances on third-party platforms (Google Meet, Zoom, etc.)
• Outcomes of job applications, interviews, or placements facilitated through our network
• Changes in industry hiring trends, salary levels, or job market conditions
• Any decisions made by the student based on information provided during training or counselling sessions

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive for excellence, we make no warranty that our training will guarantee specific career outcomes for every individual student.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.

In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the matter may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
