Do I need any prior technical knowledge to join?

No prior technical knowledge is required for most courses. Our programs are designed to start from absolute basics and take you to an industry-ready level. Basic computer knowledge and an internet connection is all you need to begin. Courses like AI/ML and Frontend Development do benefit from some basic awareness, but our mentors will guide you from scratch.

Can students from non-technical backgrounds like BA, B.Com, BBA join?

Will I get a certificate after completing the course?

Yes. Upon successful completion of the training program and the live project, you will receive an Internship cum Training Certificate issued by Training with Zytexa (a unit operating under Zytexa Technology LLP — a registered IT company). The certificate includes your name, course details, training duration, mentor's signature, and a unique QR code for online verification.

Is the certificate valid for college semester internship requirements?

Yes. Our certificate is issued by Training with Zytexa under Zytexa Technology LLP — a registered company — and is accepted by most colleges and universities in India as valid proof for semester-required internship documentation. It can be submitted to your college, used on LinkedIn as a professional certification, and shown to recruiters as proof of practical experience.

How long does it take to receive the certificate after course completion?

Your digital certificate is issued within 3 working days of completing the program and submitting your final live project. A physical printed copy is available on request. The certificate also includes a QR code that allows anyone to verify its authenticity online instantly.

Are there any hidden charges or additional fees?

No, absolutely not. The price you see is the price you pay. There are no registration fees, software purchase requirements, or hidden charges of any kind. All tools, resources, and study material used during the training are provided by Training with Zytexa at no extra cost.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major payment methods including UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and Bank Transfer. After submitting your registration form, our team will contact you within 24 hours with payment details and onboarding information.

What is the refund policy if I want to cancel after enrollment?

We have a transparent refund policy. If you request a cancellation within 24 hours of payment then you are eligible for a 50% refund. If you request a cancellation within 72 hours you are eligible for a 25% refund. If no cancellation is requested within 72 hours or after the first class has been conducted, no refund will be applicable. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Yes. Is placement guaranteed after completing the course?

While we cannot legally guarantee 100% placement for every student, we provide strong placement support including referrals to hiring partners, interview prep, and portfolio building. Is the training available online, offline, or both?

All three modes are available — Online (live interactive classes with recorded sessions for revision anytime), Offline at our Jaipur center for a hands-on classroom experience, and Hybrid (combination of both online and offline). Students outside Jaipur typically choose Online or Hybrid mode. You can select your preferred mode during registration.

Will I get access to recorded lectures if I miss a class?

Yes. Every live session is recorded and shared with enrolled students within 24 hours. You can access these recordings anytime during your training period to revise concepts, catch up on missed classes, or revisit complex topics at your own pace. This ensures you never fall behind even if your schedule is unpredictable.
